Silikroil, Kroil Penetrant with Silicone has been engineered to loosen frozen metal parts and provide extra lubrication for long-lasting protection. The addition of silicone to the legendary Kroil formula results in superior penetration, lubrication and rust prevention. This high solvency oil first penetrates into the tightest of spaces to break the bond of rust, and then provides lubrication at the first molecular level, subsequently freeing virtually any metal part. Kroil Penetrant with Silicone is designed for use on frozen bearings, slides, gate valves, hinges, chains, and more. Excellent for use in coastal areas or anyplace where exposure to salt and weather is a factor. Made in the U.S.A. 50-State VOC Compliant.

Get Some Air
A large airplane factory reported having trouble with air-driven rivet guns, which slowed down production. The maintenance team applied Kroil Penetrant with Silicone (formerly SiliKroil) to the air-driven equipment, and voilà, the production line was flying again.
Hitches, Please
Trailer hitches don’t usually get much love. They’re often left out in the elements for long periods of time. When hitches lock up or get rusty, spray them with Kroil Penetrant with Silicone to loosen and lubricate for lasting use.

What is the difference between Kroil Original Penetrant and Kroil Penetrant with Silicone (SiliKroil)?
Both products have similar penetrating properties, and can be used in multiple applications. The biggest difference between the two is the lasting lubricating effect of silicone in Kroil Penetrant with Silicone (SiliKroil). In addition to lubrication, silicone helps to displace moisture, which adds an extra element of protection.

Will Kroil penetrants damage the bluing on a hand gun or long gun?
If there is already current damage to the blued finish, Kroil penetrants can possibly creep under and lift the finish from the gun/rifle. In the event of overspray, simply wipe excess Kroil off the affected area(s) with a clean dry cloth.
